This program is designed to provide graduates with the academic experiences needed to understand normal processes involved in speech, 语言, 还有听力能力, and to identify characteristics of communication disorders. Classes also introduce students to clinical procedures for assessment and treatment of communication disorders.

Special Education Teachers, Middle School
Teach middle school subjects to educationally and physically handicapped students. Includes teachers who specialize and work with audibly and visually handicapped students and those who teach basic academic and life processes skills to the mentally impaired.

Assess and treat persons with hearing and related disorders. May fit hearing aids and provide auditory 培训. May perform research related to hearing problems.
