- The vendor 伊娃 transaction fee will be applied only to 伊娃-registered vendors.
- 伊娃 invoices are generated in the first billing cycle following the date the Purchase Order is issued by the buyer. The vendor 伊娃 fee will be invoiced to the vendor by the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of General 服务s, approximately 30 days after the order is issued.

- SBSD-certified Small Businesses: 1%, capped at $500 per order.
